By bus: (P80/ US$2) Tell the conductor that you will disembark at Gaoa, pronounced Ga-wah. It's a spot where the road forks and where some convenient stores are located... don't worry it's usually where they drop off people who say the magic words "Brgy Balaoi". From there get a tricycle to the resort.

By Driving: Turn off on the said spot and drive all the way down 5-10 mins. The road turns into a dusty stretch and there's a small settlement you'll past on the way. If in doubt, have a tricycle lead the way.

The Laoag International Airport caters to local (Manila) and international flights (Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Guangzhou, China). From Manila, there are also 10-12 hour air-conditioned or ordinary buses like Florida Bus (Pagudpud Town Proper bound) and RCJ Trans (Cagayan bound). If you take the Florida Bus, you will be dropped off in the town proper of Pagudpud. You will then take a 30 minute tricycle ride to the resort in Sitio Baniaran, Barangay Baloai (about 300 pesos). The RCJ Trans is a more convenient bus to take. You will be dropped off along the highway in Gaoa, Pagudpud. Then you will take a 10 minute tricycle ride to the resort. Laoag bound buses include Partas, Farinas Trans, Maria de Leon and Autobus. Once you arrive in Laoag City, take a tricycle to any Cagayan bound mini-buses, such as St. Joseph. For those who want to take a jeepney to the resort from Laoag, you can simply hire one for about 2,500 pesos. Resort also offer Laoag pick-ups and drop-offs for 3,000 pesos (one-way).
